Cake Smash

Setting up a “pop up” home studio at a client’s house isn’t as difficult as one may think. With everything from the backdrop to the décor purchased from one shop, it was surprisingly easy. By the time Chloe woke up from her afternoon nap, her sunroom had transformed into a little home studio. All she had to do was sit down and enjoy smashing the beautiful cake her mum had worked tirelessly on. Initially, she wasn’t too impressed by the whole setup and was very cautious about it all (as you’ll see in the first image). She quickly warmed up to the idea though, and within a few minutes she had her hands (and legs and face) covered in cake! This was such a fun shoot and it was great to see Chloe completely committed to her cake smashing experience.
