Family Photoshoot in Hobart

When Ouma and Oupa visit from South Africa, I know to expect Anelda’s annual family photoshoot…

As with all shoots in mid-autumn, the weather was touch and go… After a rainy night, Saturday morning arrived with beautifully clear skies – thank goodness! I met Anelda and her family down in Hobart, outside St David’s Cathedral. What a perfect location that turned out to be! We spent the first half of the session in the Cathedral’s garden courtyard, capturing those all important family portraits, before crossing the road and making our way (via picturesque city architecture) to Franklin Square for some candid captures. It was another lovely photoshoot with Anelda and her family, and I am already looking forward to the next one! Thanks Hobart city for providing such a wonderful variety of backdrops!
